Hi, Awesome app, but the bottom part cuts off when I use open it up during call.

A buggy mess. Thanks for deleting my saved stops. This has happened twice before. Switching to any other CTA app now.

This is an essential app if you take public transportation in the city!

Use it all the time, information is excellent.

I often skip reading directions and dive right in. Therefore Ive struggled a bit, navigating through the app. Saved are a couple of my regular L stops. Train schedules are right on. When one Red Line train is jam packed, I may wait for the next one that is sometimes only 1,2,3 minutes away. This app is a great de-stressor for the crazy morning rush of sardine trains.

Just updated and now there are NO bus times!! What happened?!?

I just downloaded to my iPhone 5 and I cant get west bound or north bound in Chicago and suburbs

I just downloaded the application yesterday. I can not get the WESTBOUND OR NORTHBOUND ROUTES. :(

Everything works quite well and once you bookmark your frequent stops your golden.

It worked great at first, but after updates it stopped showing my current location and support was unable to solve the problem and didnt seem concerned. I am running the fee based version and hope they fix the problem some day.

Please explain why I wasted my $2 on an app that will not load. Glad to know that I can be panhandled here, too.

The last update is buggy. It constantly crashes now.

Unbelievably fast response to my problem. I received a response within 2 minutes of sending my inquiry. The issue was mine, not the app. It never has ever failed me. Human error strikes again!

Interface needs an over-haul. I feel like the navigation could be simpler and more streamlined. Also the current inter face is just too small for accuracy while on the go. Very annoying. I do like the customizing though. Hope improvements come.

This app has it all, multiple times, favorites lists, train locations and works flawlessly. I have tried many transit apps for chicago and this is by far the simplest and best.

Use your app all the time, and it works smoothly and reliably. The new design in anticipation of iOS7 is really slick too. Would love to see a search for stops based on proximity though.
